We understand that today everyone has a busy schedule. That's why we show up when we say we will. Nothing is more frustrating than sitting around all day waiting for a cleaning crew to show up.

In the event that we can't make it, then we make sure to call you as soon as we know we won't be able to show up or if we might be late. We make it easy to re-schedule as we allow our customers to re-schedule their appointments when it's convenient for them, not us. We've even scheduled house cleaning jobs on weekends and even in the evening when our clients have needed it.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, like quoting a cleaning job sight unseen, then when we arrive to your home, we will do a quick walk through to make sure if there are any surprises, you know about them before we start.

This is were we walk through your home with you and our 68 point complete home cleaning checklist after we are done cleaning and we show you the work we have done.

Our walk through inspection gives our customers piece of mind knowing that we won't be like the cleaning other companies in Vancouver and clean and run. If you are not satisfied with the inspection, then we will stay and clean until you are...or your money back.
